Just wanted to make the first post here in your website and tell the world (((Hello)))

Very nice looking website. Too bad it has very little information. How about the actual newsletter instead of the page, how about the rules and regs of the community.

I believe one of the reasons our HOA dues just went up was for this site. I was wondering what kind of income we get for the advertising? And if we are paying for the site, at least the calendar should include the few things that happen in the community (the Christmas Parade.)

This is a new site and it is not 100% yet. A newsletter will be added soon.

The HOA dues going up has nothing to do with this site. This website is not affiliated with KA Diehl or DR Horton.

Lastly, the calendar is open for you to post in. So feel free to add events such as the Christmas parade. This site is for the homeowners so most of it is open for the homeowners to add info themselves or make suggestions to me.
